PART TIME MAINTENANCE MANAGER

HELP WANTED: Hugo Housing Authority Board for Smokey Hills Apartments are looking for a part time maintenance manager. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Smokey Hill Apartments. This lead role requires management of the property located at 522 2nd Street, manual skilled and semi-skilled technical work in the field and repair and maintenance of a variety of residential assets (units, buildings, and properties). Operational priority is given to maintaining good safe working order of all appliances and utilities. All administrative and rehabilitative work should be lead from a quality accountability and preventative maintenance approach. The position requires the ability to perform light to heavy laboring tasks. Maintenance personnel are required to complete an On-Call, retrieve answering Service calls, and assess need for on-site evaluation and resolution or prioritize during regular business hours. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Limon Housing Authority is accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor position will be full time with benefits including paid medical insurance for the employee, spouse and children and vacation/sick days. Pay will begin at $20/hr and up depending on experience. Duties will include but are not limited to: groundskeeping, snow removal, interior apartment maintenance, exterior building maintenance, cleaning, painting, and responding to work orders/ maintenance emergencies. Must be able to work and communicate well with a vulnerable population, have strong verbal and written communication skills, lift 50 lbs. or more, and able to perform physical labor and duties that are required. Lincoln County Road and Bridge is accepting applications for positions at Road and Bridge crews in Dist. 1 in Hugo and Dist. 3 in Karval. This is a full time position with benefits. Applicants must have a valid A-CDL license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days from date of hire, and high school diploma or equivalent. The employee will come under the county’s drug and alcohol testing requirements and must have DOT physical before start date. Truck driving and heavy equipment experience would be a plus. Monthly salary from: $3,880 to $4,120 and will be based on experience and training.
