POSITION OPENING

The Town of Limon is looking to fill a full time Deputy Clerk position. The primary responsibilities include performing a variety of general clerical duties to assist in support of town operations and responsibility for the billing for water, wastewater and sanitation services and reconciling accounts. Duties will be performed under the supervision of the Town Clerk and Town Manager. Will assume responsibilities of the Town Clerk in case of absence. Experience in customer service, computer billing and software operations is a plus. A full municipal benefit package including vacation and sick leave, a retirement program and insurances is included. The starting salary will be commensurate to level of experience, but likely in the range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Applications can be picked up at the Limon Town Hall. Opened until filled. The East Central Council of Governments’ (ECCOG) Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is pleased to announce the Hub City Senior Center has a new Senior Services Coordinator.

Louise Grimes has taken this role and is your local point of contact for not only the SMILE meal program on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but also for other program information offered by the AAA. Louise will help older adults in the community reserve meals for congregate dining and for home-delivered meals, for those who are eligible.
