PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Limon is considering Staff Approval of a Minor Subdivision Replat Application for the property in Limon described as in Limon described as:

A TR. OF LAND LOCATED IN THE N2S2 SEC.16,T.9 S.,R.56 W OF 6TH PM A/K/A TR.4 OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY ASSESSOR LAND RECORDS, LINCOLN COUNTY COLORADO. Also known as 158 East Main Street, Limon, CO

This subdivision is being applied for by Limon Hospitality, LLC. The action would change one tract of land into two parcels, with no other changes to surrounding properties. The south 1.89 acres will remain Commercial Highway-1 (CH1) and the north 3.11 acres has been zoned to Residential Multi-

Family (R-3). And will be known as Tract 4A and Tract 4B. Unless the Town receives a justifiable reason regarding this proposed subdivision, the Town intends to administratively approve this application. If you would like to review the full-size plat, please feel free to stop by Town Hall.
