Hi, I’m Tim Rogers. I’m a Limon native who has always had an interest in firefighting. I served as a volunteer firefighter for 18 years, from 2003 to 2021. I was the last of the Town of Limon volunteers to continue to serve after the fire district was formed.
I've been interested in running for a board position for several years and I feel this is a good opportunity for me to do it.
I’ve attended many of the trainings and have a lot of insight from my extended time as a volunteer that will serve me well as I work with the board. I’m a dedicated member of the firefighting community who will work hard to help coordinate our resources and ensure the safety of our area.
I’d like to invite area residents to vote in person May 6 at the fire house in Limon from 7am to 7pm.
The Limon fire district follows the school district boundaries, so if you are a registered voter who lives in the Limon school district, you can vote in this election.
