VETS HELPING VETS will have the Federal Veterans Affairs Officer at the American Legion general meeting to start disability claims or other Veterans benefits. May 8th 2024 at 6 p.m. at 220 E Ave in Limon.
LIMON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE’S MEETING
The Limon Chamber of Commerce’s May 9th Power Hour will be hosted by the Lincoln County Economic Development Corporation at the Metcalf Schoolhouse from 11:30am-1pm. The topic will be the discussion of a possible I70 East Bustang Outrider Route.
KARVAL MEMORIAL DAY
Karval Memorial Day services will be held May 27 beginning at the Bucklen Cemetery at 9:15 am. If you would like to donate a new flag to display at the Bucklen and/or Karval cemeteries or update a previous listing, please contact Enola at karvalmemorialday@gmail.com or call/text (719) 331-2964.

We know that there are times when a person or family is in need of some assistance. The Limon Methodist Church has a food pantry available to help. The address is 770 B Ave. We are open the following hours: Tuesday 10 a.m. to Noon and Wednesday 4-5:30 p.m.

Limon American Legion Post #2017 is now meeting at the Hub City Senior Center in Limon. Meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month. Meeting times are: 5 p.m. Meet & Greet, 6 p.m. Legion Family Meeting, 7 p.m. Legion Auxiliary Meeting, 7 p.m. SAL & Riders Meeting. Please try to attend. New members are welcome!
